An Ecommerce company is seeking to recruit a well-qualified and experienced Website Administrator.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

The Website Administrator shall be responsible for all aspects of developing and keeping the website content and design fresh, backed up and fully functional.

He//she will also be responsible for the Company’s website creation, maintenance, updating, backing up and troubleshooting, ensuring functionality and site responsiveness.

In addition, the Website Administrator will be responsible for making sure the sites user interface is easy to understand and efficient plus ensuring that the website operates securely and at optimum speed.

The Website Administrator will also be responsible for ensuring the Company’s local networks are functioning properly; and evaluating the website analytics, such as user feedback and traffic.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

A Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University in Computer Science, Web Development, Computer Architecture, Business Administration, Marketing or any other relevant field with minimum of 3 years work experience in similar field.
Experience with social media campaigns targeting the most popular social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Messenger, GoogleChat, Hangouts, and Twitter etc.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Ability to follow-up and follow through.
Outstanding time-management, planning, and administrative skills and ability to organize and prioritize workload.
Strong work ethic with an enthusiastic spirit, outgoing character and positive attitude; high degree of energy, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and flexible.
Must be able to work both individually with minimum supervision and also be a team player.
